Lesson 2:

A Man's Teeth Are Not His Own

Lesson 1
The Night the Roof Fell In

Lesson 3:

Hustling the Hustler

The Night the Roof Fell In

The Biblical theme is Fights, and the key scripture can be found in
Proverbs 15:1: A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.

Sit ringside for a title match when Rob and Laura have a spat, after a hard day at work and home respectively. That evening, both let off steam, then blow their stacks - but only one of them leaves, forgets his keys and has to sleep in the garage! Next morning, with cooler heads and warmer hearts, each works to reconcile what happened once upon a starry fight.

A Man's Teeth Are Not His Own

The Biblical theme is Loyalty, and the key scripture is
1 Chronicles 29:18: "O LORD, God of our fathers Abraham, Isaac and Israel, keep this desire in
the hearts of your people forever, and keep their hearts loyal to you."

This episode remains true to loyalty as Rob strays from his regular dentist in an emergency - and then sneaks back to the new dentist at a much slower pace! When Rob gets bitten by guilt, he tries to hide the betrayal - rather than do bridgework between his conscience and confession. The moral of the molars is that a good conscience causes either a royal pain or royal loyalty!

Hustling the Hustler

The Biblical theme is Brotherly Love, and the key scripture can be found in
Romans 12:10 Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves.

Explore the underbelly of brotherly love when Rob and Laura unknowingly host a professional pool player in an innocent game of billiards! To make the contest more interesting, the Hustler is the brother of Rob's co-worker Buddy - who won't believe his pool-shark sibling is a straight-shooter now. Right on cue, the Player starts to play for money and Rob learns a new meaning for the name "Brother Hood"!
